Payment and Delivery

We currently accept payments from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. All of our payments are processed through Stripe or PayPal to give you the highest possible security. After your payment has been made and we successfully received the transaction, you will get access to a page containing the theme.

Refunds

All payments are final. Since we offer non-tangible digital goods we do not issue refunds after the purchase has been made. Before you make a purchase be sure that the theme you choose is right for you.

User Comments, Feedback and Other Submissions

If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, 'comments'), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. We provide support through our Support Page and by email. Support is offered for installation guidance, technical issues, and general problem solving with the built in features. Additionally, support is not offered for compatibility issues with third party plugins, or general Tumblr questions.
